Ingredients: filler Soya Oil, Gelatin, Ubiquinol (14%), humectant Glycerin, thickening agent Silicon Dioxide, emulsifier Soya Lecithin, colorant Iron Oxide.
Recommended use: Take 1 capsule daily (preferably in the morning) with sufficient liquid.
