Each capsule contains 50 mg Vitamin B1, 100 mg Vitamin B2,
30 mg Niacin, 15 mg Vitamin B6, 1000 µg Vitamin B12, 1000 µg Folic Acid, 1000 µg Biotin and 100 mg Pantothenic Acid.
Ingredients: Gelatin, Calcium-D-Pantothenate, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B1-Mononitrate, Niacin, Vitamin B6-Hydrochloride, separating agent Magnesium Stearate, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin.
Recommended dose: swallow 1 capsule each day with sufficient liquid.
