Vitamin E is one of the fat-soluble vitamins our body needs to stay fit and healthy. As confirmed by the EFSA, the European Food Safety Authority, vitamin E as an anti-oxidant makes a contribution towards protecting the cells against oxidative stress. The body cannot produce vitamin E itself and therefore relies on sufficient supply through nutrition.
Each capsule contains 268 mg natural vitamin E, corresponding with 400 I.U..
Ingredients: Vitamin E (RRR-alpha-Tocopherol), Gelatin, Sunflower Oil, humectant Glycerine.
Recommended dose: Take 1 capsule per day with sufficient liquid.
