Glutathione (L-glutathione) is an endogenous compound formed in the erythrocytes, i.e. the red blood cells, from the amino acids cysteine, glutamate and glycine, and assumes a series of important physiological tasks. Because glutathione is created by the body itself, the supply is basically ensured as long as no protein or vitamin C deficiency occurs due to a highly limited diet. The essential trace element selenium and vitamin C contribute towards the normal function of the immune system and the protection of the cells against oxidative stress, meaning stress through free radicals.
Each capsule contains 300 mg reduced L-glutathione, 30 mg vitamin C and 20 µg selenium.
Ingredients: L-glutathione (58 %), Gelatine, bulking agent Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vitamin C, separating agent Magnesium Stearate, bulking agent Maltodextrin, Sodium Selenite.
Recommended use: Swallow 1 capsule 1 - 2 x daily with sufficient liquid.
