Information about the referral program

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• A new customer is defined as someone who has not previously placed an order with or registered at Herbafit.
• People from the same household cannot be referred as new customers.
• You can refer new customers once you have placed at least one order in our online shop yourself.
• The credit cannot be redeemed against the new customer’s first order.
• The credit will be automatically activated following the successful completion of the first order.
• This promotion applies only to orders placed via our online shop.

Notes on generating referral links:

1. One Link – One Referral:

   Each referral link is valid for one new customer only. The new customer can use the link once to register and claim the credit.

2. Daily Limit:
   You can create up to 3 new referral links per day.

3. Maximum Number of Links:

   You can have up to 10 active referral links at the same time. Once one or more of these links have been successfully redeemed (through a new customer’s registration and order), you can generate more links – up to the maximum of 10.

Step-by-step guide

1. Log in to your account:
   Sign in here with your account details.

2. Get your link and share it
   After that, click on “Refer Now” to generate a new personalized referral link. You can then easily share it via email, WhatsApp or any other messenger.

   Note: A personalized referral link must be generated for each new customer.

3. The person you have referred clicks on the link and registers:

   The person you have referred must click your referral link and register as a new customer directly on the page that opens. Only then can the referral be properly credited.

4. First order of €40 or more:

   The person you have referred must then place a first order with a minimum value of €40.

5. Receiving your credit note:
   Once the order has been completed, both you and the person you referred will each receive a €10 credit note to use on your next order. In both cases, a minimum order value of €40 is required to redeem the credit note. You can find the credit note code in your customer account under ‘My referral program’.
