The gentle, calming effects of the passion flower as well as valerian and hops has been tried-and-tested. The passion flower relaxes and calms people suffering from mild sleep disorders or having trouble falling asleep as well as those suffering from irritation and nervous unrest. Valerian and hops are the classic choices for good sleep. A special combination of B vitamins contributes towards the normal function of the nervous system and mind.
Each Capsule contains 150 mg passion flower extract (10:1), 200 mg valerian root extract (4:1), 100 mg hop cone powder, 1.4 mg vitamin B6, 1.4 mg vitamin B2 and 2.5 µg vitamin B12.
Ingredients: Valerian Root Extract (4:1), Passion Flower Extract (10:1) (25 %), Hop Cone Powder, Gelatine, Microcrystalline Cellulose (filler), Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate (separating agent), Vitamin B6 Hydrochloride, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12.
Recommended use: Swallow 1-2 capsules with sufficient liquid each day ½ to 1 hour before going to bed.
