The Japanese temple tree Ginkgo biloba is one of the oldest trees in the world. For centuries its precious ingredients have been appreciated, which are contained mainly in the leaves.
Magnesium supplements ginkgo ideal, because it is proven to contribute to a normal functioning of the psyche and nervous system, and to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
